Back to jobsExperience working with US & global tax exposures for private equity and hedge fund clients. Including but not limited to foreign tax rules, loan origination, US ECI, FDAP, UBTI, and branch profits tax.
Experience working with the tax implications for high volume trading funds, debt investment strategies, and private equity investments.
Familiarity with ASC740 reviews, for partnerships, corps and banks. This includes calculating and reviewing tax provisions on financial statements under US GAAP & IFRS, and navigating the complexities of cross border engagements.
Experience preparing and reviewing tax review memorandums.
Willingness and ability to travel, when necessary.
