Cornerstone OnDemand is looking for an energetic, experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our vibrant EMEA marketing team as marketing lead for a newly formed region spanning Spain, Italy, and the Middle East. The Senior Field Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for connecting the dots between regional Sales and BDR priorities and Corporate Marketing plans in order to craft a regional marketing strategy that creates awareness and advocacy for the Cornerstone brand, while supporting the delivery of regional pipeline and revenue goals across these countries. In this role you will…. Own and create the field marketing strategy and integrated activity calendar for Spain, Italy, and the Middle East, in collaboration with Sales Leadership Comprehend and align to regional opportunities, country-level nuances, and quarterly objectives across Spain, Italy, and the Middle East Create a regional demand generation strategy designed to drive and accelerate qualified leads and pipeline across the region, aligned to regional priorities Adopt global and EMEA growth campaigns, localise and augment these campaigns for country and language-specific audiences, and review/quality-check translations to ensure accuracy and brand consistency Create in-region activity that addresses specific prospect and customer cohorts across Spain, Italy, and the Middle East Adopt pipeline acceleration and key account strategies for the execution of creative, agile campaigns across the region, aligned to Sales plays and coverage models Work closely with Corporate Marketing and the extended marketing team (Content, Campaigns, ABX, Client Experience, Product Marketing, Communications, Operations, Programs, Partner Marketing, Digital and Events) to plan and execute the marketing strategy across Spain, Italy, and the Middle East Partner with Sales and BDR stakeholders to deeply understand country requirements, objectives and growth opportunities, and maintain tight alignment on target accounts, campaigns, and follow-up Monitor and analyse marketing and sales performance and trends throughout the funnel, using insights to drive recommendations, optimisations, and investment decisions Collaborate with the extended marketing organisation to understand and articulate the wider marketing and communications strategy, ensuring consistent execution across the key countries Manage the field marketing budget across Spain, Italy, and the Middle East, spanning multiple countries, channels, and programs Work closely with Partner Marketing and the regional Alliances Manager to create co-marketing activity with select partners Work with the EMEA Marketing Director on Pan-EMEA projects such as events and webinars as needed Indirectly manage a marketing assistant supporting the region, providing clear priorities, feedback, and guidance to ensure on-time delivery of programs and localisation needs You’ve got what it takes if you have… High energy, are collaborative and possess the desire to learn, grow and win Minimum of 7 years’ experience in field marketing or demand generation in B2B marketing space; software/SaaS marketing experience preferred; experience supporting multiple countries/markets is a plus Experience with Salesforce and Marketo with the ability to use the tools for effective reporting and analysis would be a plus The ability to negotiate vendor contracts and accurately manage budgets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional, matrixed team environment (including close alignment with Sales, Corporate Marketing, and Partner Marketing) Strong business acumen and knowledge of marketing best practices Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment A results and team-oriented outlook and the appetite to work in a fast-paced environment A proven track record of working with Sales Teams successfully and are based in Spain The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical – identifying new and inventive ways to generate leads and pipeline for the sales team across a newly formed region spanning Spain, Italy, and the Middle East, while putting everything in place to track, measure and report back on the effectiveness of the strategy.
