Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and recommending products or services that best fit their needs. You will communicate with customers through phone, email, and text while delivering excellent service and contributing to sales growth.
The ideal candidate is responsive, persuasive, organized, and passionate about creating positive customer experiences while identifying opportunities to upsell or promote services.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies
Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Sales & Customer Engagement
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Promote special offers, upgrades, or additional services when appropriate
Generate leads and support sales initiatives through customer interactions
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty
Meet or exceed sales goals, conversion targets, and customer satisfaction metrics
CRM & Administrative Tasks
Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system
Document interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions
Track customer feedback and communicate trends or opportunities to management
Performance & Team Collaboration
Meet productivity, response-time, and performance goals
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and sales strategies
Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions through ongoing training
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
Sales, upselling, or lead-generation experience is an asset
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Comfortable using CRM software, email platforms, and communication tools
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
