Role Overview
As a Client Development Specialist, you will support our recruiting and onboarding efforts by screening candidates, conducting virtual interviews,
and helping new team members integrate into our culture. This is a remote / work from home position
focused on communication, alignment, and thoughtful selection.
What You Will Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Promote special offers, upgrades, or additional services when appropriate
- Generate leads and support sales initiatives through customer interactions
- Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty
