We are looking for a PR Assistant to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!
Key Responsibilities:
As a PR Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the planning and execution of corporate communication and public relations activities.
Assisting the PR Manager in the preparation of press releases, presentations and media kits.
Coordinating communication with media representatives, agencies and external partners.
Monitoring media coverage and preparing press clippings and reporting summaries.
Supporting the organization of corporate events, press events, launches and sponsorship activities.
Providing administrative and operational support to the PR and Communication team.
Coordinating press fleet management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
Previous experience in PR, corporate communication or event coordination will be considered an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Creative mindset with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, and in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Passion for communication, branding and the automotive industry.
Ability to travel.
