Job Description
In this role, you will build the pricing and contract management strategies and develop and implement a plan for benefit identification and delivery that will meet or exceed the cost recovery and pricing effectiveness objectives Further you will track pricing and cost recovery against plan / KPI’s and performs intervention /escalation Additionally, you will develop and discuss all documentation, communication and implementation of pricing strategy, policy and authority matrix review as part of the pricing network Delivery of price support, analysis and enforcement within own country and teams is a part of your responsibility Furthermore, you will review and update margin model for effective new business case evaluation and review variable margin at customer level, product level segment level and provide insights to improve variable margins Likewise, you will support in ensuring that all savings whether made by pricing or full cost recovery is recorded correctly as per assigned timescales and work with the marketing and product manager’s teams to understand cost composition and relevant margin recovery requirements Moreover, you are in charge for developing, implementing execution of Sales Incentive Plan and pricing analysis of special products and ensuring correct pricing to deliver target margins
