Associate Manager Operations & Maintenance - Onsite Operations

In this role you will manage supervise contractors for automation systems related work operations Further you will be responsible for bypassing of interlocks against permit to work and monitoring correct function of automation systems Additionally, you will ensure proper calibration of instruments analytical systems maintenance, adequate vendor / contractor support for automation work and ensure that predictive maintenance equipment is operational, related services are in place and activities are carried out Furthermore, you will implement preventive/predictive maintenance activities, define scope of work for major turnaround, ensure availability of required material and services for automation and initiate engineering management of change process for modifications Ensuring compliance to local regulations and obtaining necessary approvals is a part of your responsibility Moreover, you are in charge for supporting the execution of the modifications from Alerts, LFRE and directives, updating and maintaining as-built drawings, troubleshooting and investigating any automation system related trips
