Job Description
You will maintain ongoing relationships with regional customers and sales staff by handling calls, correcting order issues, processing orders, and resolving product or service issues Process sales orders and changes, confirm shipment/delivery dates, and handle cancellations Provide specialty gas/supplies sales and support to customers, Customer Solutions Specialists, and the outside sales team You will use business software systems to retrieve customer information, verify inventory levels, and process orders Verify customer credit status and complete paperwork for issuing credits or debits You will provide quotes and assistance to sales force and management within set parameters Suggest additional or alternative products and services to meet customer needs, following pricing guidelines Build and maintain effective working relationships with all internal Linde customers, meeting call center performance metrics
