In-House/Field Technician

Performs a wide variety of skilled mechanic duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and modify mechanical equipment and facilities. You will use a wide variety of hand, power, and machine tools to perform assignments. Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical equipment and systems requiring the isolation of the malfunction, disassembly of equipment and repair/replacement of bearings, gears, structural components, etc. You will performs preventive maintenance on equipment and mechanical systems. Specific responsibilities include: Safely troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all rotating equipment and associated mechanical systems including compressors, pumps, fans, blowers, boiler systems, valves and the ability to perform equipment alignments. Plan and execute maintenance tasks, and completion of all follow-up documentation. Yiu will complete some repairs of mechanical piping systems including threaded and welded pipe systems. Complete and document maintenance activities associated with predictive and corrective maintenance activities in computerize maintenance database. Other duties as assigned
