Associate Director - Executive Staff

In this role, you will be a member of the Strategy/Executive Staff and report to the Director, Strategy / Executive Staff, and work alongside the Executive Leadership Team as well various regional and corporate functions to identify and assess business and market development opportunities and initiatives to profitably grow Linde's existing / new markets and businesses Primary responsibilities include the annual corporate strategy process as well as special projects for the CEO You will develop strong relationships with key team members throughout all levels of Linde including with Senior management Execute key projects and perform critical analysis for the CEO, Senior Management and Board of Directors Further, you will prepare and present strategic and financial analyses of Linde's existing competencies, capabilities, and conduct market, competition, and trend analyses to identify new growth opportunities Drive Linde’s group-wide annual strategy process in close collaboration with all business units (BUs) and Corporate Functions (Finance, R D, IR, etc.) Support preparation and execution of management workshops Identify, evaluate, and present business cases and plans for new business development opportunities and initiatives
