Job Description
You will support planner hiring processes, including creating job requisitions, processing resumes, and coordinating interviews You shall provide operational and administrative support for departmental activities, including coordination of services, vendors, and internal processes In this role you will initiate, create, and track work orders and purchase orders in accordance with company policies and controls Additionally, support training compliance administration, tracking, and reporting Take responsibility for coordinating department technology needs including laptop inventory, device setup, system access, and equipment availability Furthermore, maintain department documentation, contact lists, and operational records You will provide coordination support for cross-border logistics activities, including interaction with external partners as needed You will handle inbound customer and driver calls; perform outbound customer outreach to confirm orders and resolve issues as needed You shall coordinate activities by interfacing with Sales, Customer Service Technicians, Drivers, Accounting, and other internal teams Additionally, you will support customer onboarding activities, including Linde Express portal registrations and system updates Furthermore, you will assist with distribution and customer care month end closing activities
