Job Description

In this role, you will participate in the Sales Kick-off meeting You will initiate and execute the Procurement Kick-off meetings Assess Procurement Risks during the execution Further, you will create the project vendor list and coordinates the Procurement and shipping schedule You will be responsible and accountable for the Project Procurement Strategy You will prepare, issue and execute of global inquiries as well as the global bid comparison Create and control the monthly discipline report (MDR) Qualification of alternative materials or sources and ensuring financial and quality objectives/requirements are clearly identified and met is crucial to this role Prepare Requests for Proposals and oversee proposal process for assigned materials/ services You will ensure manufacturing and global contracts are administered in accordance with contract terms You also will recommend new processes where needed to improve quality or on-time delivery Collects and communicates commercial lessons learnt within Procurement as well as in Cross functions You will coordinate, control and steer the procurement activities inside a virtual team
