Job Description
You will lead and mentor a team of productivity specialists to maximize performance and deliver results Collaborate with senior management to set and align annual productivity targets with business objectives Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives including value stream mapping, waste identification, and process optimization Develop and implement productivity training programs such as process owner training, yellow belt, and green belt certifications Champion digitalization efforts by developing tools, replicating best practices, and shaping digital strategies for productivity Facilitate idea generation through brainstorming sessions, lean events, and stakeholder collaboration to foster innovation Monitor production key performance indicators, analyze variances, and report progress to senior leadership Conduct site visits to support Lean Six Sigma events, project follow-ups, and training sessions Collaborate with Cost Reduction teams and Centers of Excellence to maximize synergies and achieve regional productivity goals
