Extrusion Operative - Fixed Term

We’re looking for 2 motivated individuals to join our Tubing Manufacturing Team on a 6 month fixed-term contract. This is your chance to contribute to the production of high-quality silicone tubing used in biopharma, medical, water treatment, food, and specialist processing industries. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be working in a cleanroom environment, supporting the extrusion process and ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: Assisting extrusion line setters to produce tubing in various sizes and specifications. Following strict hygiene and PPE protocols to maintain product integrity. Transferring raw materials and consumables into cleanrooms as per SOPs. Using tools and aids to ensure consistent quality and efficiency. Maintaining accurate production and quality records for full traceability. Collaborating with the Production Planner to meet customer delivery timelines. Supporting continuous improvement, 5S activities, and process validation. Participating in root cause investigations and corrective actions. Carrying out additional tasks associated with tubing extrusion and cleanroom production.
