The position
Are you passionate about software, healthcare and enjoy helping others? Join our team as an Associate Support Specialist, where you'll make a real difference for our customers by ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently.
What you will do
Handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and ITSM tools
Provide hands-on support for e-health applications, ensuring a seamless operational experience for users
Understand and empathize with users’ situations, ensuring they feel heard and supported

Requirements
Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken, is essential.
A friendly, customer-focused individual who genuinely enjoys helping others and making them feel valued.
Someone eager to learn new tools, applications, and techniques to continually improve support services.
An interest in software and a desire to grow your technical knowledge.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Experience from customer support
Additional information: As a part of the recruitment process we will conduct tests from our partner Alva Labs.

Place of employment: Stockholm
Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
