Sign Installer – Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
We are hiring a Sign Installer for a temp-to-perm position with one of our trusted customers. This is a hands-on role working with an experienced installation crew on commercial sign projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet at the shop each morning and travel to job sites with the install crew
- Assist with commercial sign installations
- Install sign posts, brackets, and mounted signage
- Set and secure signs, including solid-face and backlit light boxes
- Work alongside the lead installer on various installation projects
- Some jobs require assisting with work from a bucket truck
Requirements
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and move materials safely
- Willingness to work at heights when needed
- Construction, installation, or sign experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation to the shop each morning
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
