Job Description
Skilled Trades Partners is hiring an experienced Finish Carpenter for a long-term project in Putney, VT. We’re looking for dependable carpenters who take pride in clean finish work and want steady hours with a solid contractor.
Job Duties:
- Install doors and hardware
- Hang trim and molding
- Cabinet and countertop installation
- General finish carpentry work
- Read and work from basic plans/layouts
This is not high-end custom millwork — solid, straightforward finish carpentry work for someone who knows the trade and can work independently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous finish carpentry experience
- Reliable transportation
- Own basic hand tools and PPE
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality workmanship
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
