• $17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
• Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total

Who We're Looking For

We need someone who:

• Is available to start within 1–2 weeks
• Is reliable, professional, and ready to commit to a consistent schedule
• Has customer service, hospitality, retail, or any public-facing experience
• Is comfortable being on camera
• Can follow procedures consistently and accurately
• Is punctual, dependable, and takes the role seriously
• Is open to evenings, weekends, and holidays

No casino or gaming experience required. We will train you.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable being on camera
• Reliable and professional
• Must be available to start within 2 weeks

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
• Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
• Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
• Able to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
