Job Description

Vocal is seeking an AI Adoption & Training Manager to help lead our organizations AI utilization strategy — from auditing how teams work today to building the systems, training, and culture that make AI a lasting competitive advantage.
 
This role sits at the intersection of technology, learning, and organizational strategy. You'll own the AI adoption roadmap, lead cross-functional initiatives, and partner with our tech team to design and scope solutions that go well beyond out-of-the-box tools. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Innovation and works in close partnership with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership across the organization.
 
If you're someone who thinks strategically about AI transformation, has a track record of driving adoption at scale, and knows how to bring people along on the journey — we want to hear from you. This is a full-time position through November 2026, with the opportunity for extension.
