We are part of the Reconomy with more than 4,000 employees serving customers in over 150 countries. Combineering is headquartered in Birkerød, with offices in different locations in Europe. As a Country Sales Manager for Sweden, Norway and Finland, you will however be out and about quite a bit.

Your will become part of our enthusiastic Business Development Department and have sales colleagues on other countries to coordinate with. You will also be collaborating closely with our technical experts, plus the Sales Manager dedicated to biogas substrates and agricultural resources. Drive, focus and efficiency...
Are key words for our sales force. We therefore need you to draft and deliver personally on the sales activities for Combineering in Sweden, Norway and Finland (in close collaboration with your colleagues in the department of course) as well as drive a commercial culture. Your focus will be on delivering sustainable resource solutions which are commercially attractive to clients and Combineering, as well as pursue optimized value chains with your sales colleagues, where excess resources from industries can be used across countries – primarily in Europe. As Country Sales Manager, you will be the key account manager towards the Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish Waste-to-Energy facilities and industrial clients, selling alternative fuels in the Waste-to-Energy, Cement Production and Biomass-to-Energy sectors. You can also look forward to developing solutions and understanding resource pain points for industries within:
- Alternative energy sources, such as Refuse Derived Fuel, Solid Recovered Fuel, Biomass and similar
- Material recovery and recycling within e.g. textiles, polymers, metals and minerals
- Pharmaceuticals
- Food & beverages
- Building material and product industries

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
To sell yourself to us…
No sand in the desert here. Only documented solutions to happy customers. We therefore need you to have a solid sales background with a proven record of creating long term sales within the technical/environmental area. You know how to create excitement, build business relationships and deliver results, without ever compromising our technical credibility. You might have a technical background yourself, within engineering, biology, chemistry, environment or the like, but we welcome the self-made salesperson just as much.
We further imagine that you:
- Have in-depth understanding of the industrial sector
- Master Swedish & English both written and spoken at negotiation level
- Enjoy working with other profiles such as researchers and shipping employees, as well as your sales colleagues
- Are results-driven, self-motivating and enjoy working with international sales colleagues across countries
