• Re-use loop is providing intelligent technology platforms and agile delivery models for pre-retail logistics and product returns, fulfilment and processing, on behalf of many of Europe’s largest retailers. 

About the role

• Design, build, test and release production-ready software for the DRS UK market. 
• Deliver backend services and APIs using C# and modern .NET. 
• Concrete Angular responsibility, working across web UI components, integration flows and user-facing features. 
• Break down requirements into well-structured technical solutions that balance speed, quality and maintainability. 
• Develop complete features end-to-end, covering both back-end and front-end

• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code. 
• Follow established engineering patterns and coding standards. 
• Review existing solutions before introducing new ones, avoiding duplication and unnecessary complexity. 
• Contribute to code reviews with a focus on correctness, design and long-term maintainability. 

• Build solutions that fit a multi-market, multi-tenant architecture. 
• Understand when functionality should be shared across markets and when it should remain market-specific. 
• Work with APIs, event-driven integrations and cloud-based platform services. 
• Help improve the reliability, observability and operational readiness of the product. 

• Work closely with Product, QA, Engineering and other stakeholders in an agile delivery model. 
• Take ownership of tickets and features from refinement through delivery. 
• Support estimation, technical discussion and sprint planning. 
• Collaborate effectively across teams distributed across multiple locations. 

• Support CI/CD practices and contribute to build, release and deployment improvements. 
• Work comfortably with pull requests, branching strategies and automated delivery pipelines. 
• Help troubleshoot issues across development, test and production environments. 

What we need from you

• Strong professional experience in C# and .NET. 
• Fullstack experience, Angular (production), and end-to-end feature delivery.
• Experience building backend services, APIs and web applications in modern .NET. 
• Solid understanding of software design, clean code and maintainability. 
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL data stores. 
• Experience working with cloud-hosted applications, ideally on Azure. 
• Good understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns. 
• Experience writing automated tests and shipping production-ready software. 
• Experience working in agile development teams. 
• Strong communication skills in English. 

• Experience with containerised applications and distributed systems. 
• Exposure to messaging or event-driven architectures. 
• Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Kubernetes, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Key Vault or Application Insights. 
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub with GitHub Actions. 
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and support. 
• Experience working on multi-tenant or multi-market products. 

• Experience in regulated, operational or compliance-led domains. 
• Exposure to deposit return, recycling, circular economy or similar product areas. 
• Familiarity with authentication and authorisation in modern web platforms.
