You will manage the full collections cycle for a high-volume, complex client portfolio, including proactive outreach, payment negotiations, and account reconciliation. You will collaborate closely with billing, partners, and clients to resolve outstanding balances and escalate issues where necessary. Strong communication skills, experience in legal billing or accounts receivable, and a professional, client-service oriented approach are required.
