Palladium is seeking to recruit 3 highly experienced Private Sector Consultants to support its DataFI activity, which aims to accelerate health sector self‑reliance through private sector engagement and commercial diplomacy in U.S. Government priority partner countries. The priority countries are Kenya, Nigeria, and Côte d’Ivoire, and Palladium intends to recruit one consultant in each country. Key Responsibilities: Each of the three consultants will be engaged for up to 15 days from May 21 to August 1st 2026 to support the following activities: Conduct a rapid situational analysis of the private health market to identify and document current and prospective U.S. investors. Arrange and support meetings with local partners, as necessary including with global pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and clinic/hospital networks. Contribute to the development of a private sector engagement strategy.
