Job Description

The Quotation Technical Support Specialist for Palletizing and Depalletizing is responsible for: Delivering on time and in full quotations to regions (for stand-alone and complete line projects), in particular in case of complex projects with structured customers Key Accounts, interfacing, when needed, with Product Manager, Platform Owner and Technical Office, from business opportunity creation to project kick-off, ensuring quotations meet customer technical requirements and no cost deviations are declared at project kick-off meeting. Complementing standard offers managed by regions with out of standard options to meet specific customer needs. Proactively guiding regions in proposing solutions, fitting customer needs and priorities at best, starting from our standardized solutions. Providing assistance to regions in building value selling argumentation (strengths vs. competition, differentiation elements, Total Cost of Ownership, etc.). Ensuring risk assessment and mitigation plans are in place for critical offers. Attending customer inhouse meetings, to support Project Managers and Account Managers. Contributing to the management and the update of the configuration tools.
