RPS has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced and proactive Office Support to join our Northern Territory team. You will be based in our Darwin office, responsible for providing high level front of house services, as well as administrative support to a team of highly driven and engaged professionals. This role could be full time or permanent part time depending on the candidate. As the first point of contact for our clients and other key stakeholders of the business, you are the face of the company. Working as part of a highly collaborative team, you will be delivering excellent customer service in all areas of the role. Your everyday tasks will include, but are not limited to: Answering fielding phone calls. Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional but warm and welcoming manner. Booking, preparation and maintenance of meeting rooms. Liaising with staff regarding room bookings, catering, audio visual and any other requirements. Day-to-day management of office facilities and supplies. Maintaining and ordering kitchen stock and ensuring the kitchen facilities are kept clean and tidy. Arranging couriers and cab charges. Distribution of incoming deliveries. Assisting in the coordination of events/functions. Providing ad hoc administrative support such as printing, binding, purchasing stationery and gifts. Other administrative tasks as required. About You Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality, professional services, or corporate environment. You will be articulate, well presented and possess a professional manner. You will also be able to provide outstanding customer service to all external and internal clients, communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and be a team player. In addition, you will possess the following skills and experience: Strong, proactive client service focus and superior customer service skills. Professional phone manner. Broad administrative experience and ability to work independently. Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment. Proven experience in managing a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and be able to learn new systems.
