Corporate Legal Student

Ready to kick-start your legal career with hands-on, in-house experience at a global medtech company? 3Shape is looking for a Corporate Legal Student to join our Legal, IP & Sustainability team. You will work alongside 500+ colleagues at our waterfront HQ at Kongens Nytorv in Copenhagen—and help make an impact from day one.

The Role?

As part of the Legal, IP & Sustainability team, you will join a team of 25—including our General Counsel, experienced attorneys, and students. You can expect to get involved in:

• Drafting, reviewing, and supporting approvals of contracts (e.g., NDAs, distribution agreements, and more).

• Supporting assessments and research on questions related to IP, marketing, and competition law.

• Coordinating with 3Shape teams across our global offices on general legal requests.

• Supporting the digital transformation of the legal team, including AI initiatives and contract systems.

This is a part-time position (approximately 15 hours per week), based at our Copenhagen HQ.

Who Are We Looking For?

• You are currently enrolled as a law student at a university.

• You have a strong academic record, work independently and systematically, and take ownership.

• You communicate effectively in English (Danish is a plus, but not required).

• You are passionate about delivering results and bring positive energy to the team.

• You enjoy collaborating, bring sound judgement, and deliver high-quality work at pace.
