We’re actively hiring a National Roving Leasing Consultant to jump in where it matters most — boosting occupancy, leading lease-ups, and mentoring teams across multiple communities.

🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Drive occupancy growth at underperforming properties
- Lead lease-up efforts and stabilize communities fast
- Tour prospects, close leases, and deliver standout customer service
- Manage applications, leases, and move-in paperwork
- Execute marketing strategies & outreach (Craigslist, local partnerships, etc.)
- Conduct market surveys & competitive shops
- Maintain accurate records in Yardi
- Ensure curb appeal & model readiness at every property
- Train, mentor, and elevate leasing teams across your region
✈️ Travel Details:
- 3 weeks traveling between properties
- 1 full week off to recharge
- Mileage/travel expectations apply – reliable transportation required
💎 What You Bring:
- ✔️ Bilingual (REQUIRED)
- ✔️ 2+ years of multifamily leasing or strong customer-facing experience
- ✔️ Proven ability to close leases and exceed goals
- ✔️ Knowledge of Fair Housing & leasing best practices
- ✔️ Strong communication, organization, and adaptability
- ✔️ Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
