💰 $55,000–$65,000 annually (DOE)
- Creating and executing custom, property-level marketing strategies
- Partnering with Regional Managers, Property Managers, and Leasing Teams to boost leasing performance
- Analyzing market surveys, pricing, and occupancy trends to support rent growth and specials
- Improving online reputation and digital presence across listings, reviews, and websites
- Reviewing leasing calls and coaching teams to improve closing ratios
- Training and mentoring leasing professionals using GraceHill, webinars, and eLearning tools
- Managing digital channels including community websites, Craigslist, and social media
- Conducting on-site audits of leasing activity, Yardi data, and compliance
- Delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and marketing reports
- Identifying regional trends and implementing creative, data-driven solutions
- Traveling regularly between Minot and Williston communities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1+ year of apartment leasing or property management experience
- 3+ years of marketing experience (multifamily or real estate strongly preferred)
- Proven experience with digital marketing, social media, and online advertising
- Strong communicator who can coach, influence, and present with confidence
- Highly organized, analytical, and self-directed
- Comfortable traveling within North Dakota (Minot and Williston)
- Positive, professional, and driven by results
- $55,000–$65,000 salary (based on experience)
