PT - Clinical Associate/Instructor, Radiologic Technology

SUMMARY OF FUNCTION: Responsible for the education and supervision of students in clinical practice settings and the simulation lab. Also assist with clinical orientation and in-service for new and continuing students. TYPICAL DUTIES: Serves students. Directly and indirectly supervises students in the clinical area. Assists with the simulation of imaging exams. Evaluates students for competency against degree requirements. Makes alternate assignments for students as necessary in order to meet clinical experience needs. Communicates clinical program changes impacting student achievement with appropriate program officials. Participates in the student-candidate selection process for the Radiological Technology program. Assist with recruitment and retention of Medical Imaging Students Support and participate in strategic planning initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
