About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate people to join our resort team at Butlin’s during our busiest periods throughout the year.

We are currently recruiting team members to support our Peak Season breaks. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fun and fast-paced environment while being part of a friendly team.

Following the May Half Term, and based on positive feedback and performance, there may be opportunities to continue working with us during other seasonal periods, including July to September, October and December. There may also be the possibility of all-year-round positions for the right candidates.

As a Resort Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding experiences for our guests by working across a variety of departments, ensuring high standards of service and helping our resort operate smoothly during peak demand. This is a varied and fast-paced operational role where no two days are the same, and you will be encouraged to get fully involved in all aspects of resort life.

We currently have opportunities available within Lifeguard teams, Fairground, Sports, Bars and Quick Service and Restaurant operations.

Working as part of a supportive and friendly team, you will receive full training and ongoing development to help you build confidence and gain the skills needed to succeed in your role. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

This role is offered on a fixed-term contract aligned to our busy seasonal periods, with the opportunity to explore longer-term career progression within the Butlin’s family. The role operates over seven days with shifts covering both weekdays and weekends, including evenings, therefore flexibility is essential. You will be able to discuss your availability in more detail during the application process.

Live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area, allowing you the option to stay on resort during the summer months, subject to terms and conditions.
