Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Navi Mumbai, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment initiatives, identify top talent, and build strong relationships with hiring managers across the organization. As a Sr. Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce and driving our company's growth through strategic talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Prepare detailed job descriptions and hiring briefs
  • Develop recruitment strategies based on role type, urgency, and market trends

2. Sourcing & Talent Attraction

  • Source candidates through various channels:
  • Job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Social media platforms
  • Employee referrals
  • Recruitment agencies (if applicable)
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Utilize Boolean search and innovative sourcing techniques

3. Screening & Assessment

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role fit
  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess:
  • Communication skills
  • Cultural fit
  • Compensation expectations
  • Coordinate technical assessments/interviews with hiring managers

4. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels
  • Collect structured feedback from interviewers
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the process

5. Offer Management

  • Manage salary negotiations in alignment with company policies
  • Prepare and roll out offer letters
  • Handle counter-offers and candidate concerns effectively

6. Pre-boarding & Onboarding

  • Ensure smooth pre-joining engagement with selected candidates
  • Coordinate documentation and background verification
  • Work with HR/operations teams for onboarding formalities

7. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely hiring decisions
  • Provide regular hiring updates and reports
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers

8. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics:
  • Time-to-fill
  • Cost-per-hire
  • Offer acceptance ratio
  • Maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies

9. Employer Branding

  • Promote organization through recruitment campaigns
  • Enhance candidate experience and company reputation
  • Participate in campus hiring and recruitment drives (if applicable)

Qualifications

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools and ATS systems
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

  • 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Experience in handling bulk/lateral/technical hiring (depending on requirement)
