YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Supporting the Manager in co-leading the department and driving strong team performance Overseeing daily cash operations — processing, recording, and stepping in at the cash desk when needed Handling deliveries, including unpacking, sorting, and making sure stock is distributed efficiently to the sales floor Playing a key role in carrying out the annual inventory with accuracy and teamwork Delivering regular trainings on POS use and theft prevention to support smooth and secure operations Assisting with administrative tasks and helping ensure store procedures are followed consistently WE ARE LOOKING FOR You have at least 1 year of management experience in retail, ideally with some responsibilities in store administration or in-store logistics You’re organized and analytical, comfortable working with numbers to keep things on track You truly care about delivering great service and creating positive experiences for customers You’re committed, proactive, and ready to jump in and get things done You speak English confidently - German skills are a plus but not required WHAT WE OFFER Weekend bonus Employee referral reward program 25% employee discount in our stores Christmas bonus Meal vouchers Trade union allowance Supplementary pension insurance Security of a 120 year old successful family business A dynamic working environment based on teamwork and individual responsibility Personal and professional development opportunities
