- Drive a strong customer-centered design process grounded in research, usability testing, and iterative learning.
- Guide teams in creating intuitive, scalable, and cohesive experiences across the product ecosystem.
- Help establish and evolve UX standards, patterns, systems, and ways of working.
- Ensure teams balance customer needs, business goals, technical feasibility, and long-term product quality.
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, consistency, and thoughtful interaction design across experiences.
- Support designers in developing stronger product thinking, communication, storytelling, and systems thinking skills.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships and alignment across teams.
- Influence decision-making through clear rationale, evidence, and customer insights.
- Help scale UX maturity across the organization through leadership, mentorship, and operational improvements.
- Continuously improve how the team explores, prototypes, validates, and delivers ideas.
- 10+ years in design, with 5+ years leading UX or Product Design teams
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products
- Strong foundation in user-centered design, IA, and usability
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering in agile teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Ability to balance strategy with execution
- Experience navigating ambiguity and driving alignment
- Strong systems thinking across product ecosystems
- Experience using research, testing, and analytics to inform decisions
- Track record of improving product quality and outcomes
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
- Experience with tools like Figma and AI-assisted workflows
- Growth mindset and continuous improvement approach
- Experience building or scaling design systems
- Strong product strategy and business acumen
- Experience advancing UX maturity and collaboration models
- Experience improving UX processes and operations
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and rapid prototyping
- Experience with platform or interconnected product ecosystems
- Ability to tie UX decisions to business and customer outcomes
