Job Description

Collect and analyze data on workforce and productivity including departmental activity statistics and payroll. Maintain position control databases, validates source data, and produces reports. Prepare Vacancy review committee dashboard and communicate leadership decisions. Use analysis to forecast hiring, scheduling, or other workforce planning needs. Participate with Budget preparation and routine variance reporting. Propose ways to improve workforce management, reduce overhead, and increase customer satisfaction.
