About the role
As Head of Growth Development, you are the end‑to‑end operational owner of Star Group’s growth pipeline, accountable for converting approved growth initiatives into successfully delivered, trading outcomes. This is a national role with responsibility spanning all Star Group bars and restaurants across the North Island, ensuring growth initiatives are consistently and effectively executed across the portfolio.
This role owns delivery accountability across all phases of growth initiatives, ensuring that brand, marketing, and innovation inputs are effectively integrated into projects without diluting functional ownership.
The role acts as the execution bridge between Growth, Brand, Marketing and Innovation, ensuring concepts are translated into commercially viable, on‑brand, operationally ready venues and experiences.
