Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Insights to own and deliver high-impact insights that support customer success and commercial growth at Sword Health. This is a client-facing individual contributor role suited for someone who combines analytical rigor with strong business intuition and the ability to communicate compellingly to both technical and non-technical audiences.This role sits within our Health Economics & Customer Insights team, reporting to the Director of Customer Insights. The team is responsible for translating clinical and economic evidence into commercial value for clients — transforming complex, multi-source data, including claims and Sword utilization, into clear narratives that demonstrate program ROI, inform client strategies, and support commercial conversations.
