Job Description
Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities
To plan, develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at promoting sales and increase gross contribution for all EIFS Business line product offering, focus on applicator relationships and management of EIFS sales personnel.
To vigorously promote company products, services and systems to meet or exceed budgeted sales, through nurturing existing customer relationships and actively seeking new customer accounts, whilst reducing the exposure to delayed payment.
Technically support the Sikatherm brand within the UAE and assist in the development of operating systems that have been implemented within sika Wall Systems.
Priorities the strategically and commercially important EIFS market segments and ensure that the necessary resources are available to maximize Sika successes within the chosen Vertical Markets.
To assist in the development strong, forward thinking, growth-oriented application partners committed to Sika UAE LLC branded EIFS products in the identified market segments.
Liaison with key decision makers to capitalize on the fast market changes with cost competitive products and systems
Generating sustainable, profitable sales growth by strengthening key accounts and specification Conversion
Qualifications
Education level, knowledge and work/industry experience
Degree in Engineering / Marketing
Knowledge of construction and building practices
5 years of experience in the construction environment, of which 3 years are in sales of EIFS products
Professional/technical skills
Intermediate sales and Marketing understanding
Ability to research and keep up to date with latest computerized communication techniques
Additional Information
