WASH Technical Specialist

Under close coordination with the Health, Nutrition, Education and FSL TA, The WASH SPECIALIST will lead, in collaboration with team members, WASH related sectoral assessments, programme design and master budgeting, fundraising, quality assurance and capacity building. The WASH SPECIALIST will provide strategic input to programs and guidance on positioning in clusters and other sectoral coordination fora, and in-the-field training for field staff. The WASH SPECIALIST will also be expected to regularly raise quality concerns and report operational challenges as needed. He/she will also be expected to feed into broader country-office advocacy initiatives.
