At Upway, we believe that a person’s drive and reliability are more important than what is written on a diploma. We are the leading platform for refurbished e-bikes, and as we expand our Dutch operations, we are looking for hardworking individuals to join our new Amsterdam warehouse (Upcenter).
Key Responsibilities
This is a fast-paced, physical position. If you are looking for a quiet desk job or a slow-paced environment, this isn't the right fit. We are looking for people who enjoy being active, staying busy, and taking pride in a job well done. You will be part of a competitive team that values efficiency and high standards.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Receiving & Inspection: Unpacking incoming e-bikes and performing quality intake checks.
- Digital Processing: Using a computer to upload bike details and high-quality photos to our website.
- Logistics: Picking, packing, and carefully boxing e-bikes for safe shipment.
- Problem Solving: Helping us spot ways to make our warehouse run faster and smoother.

Benefits
- Salary: €2,450 gross per month (based on 38 hours, 09:00-17:00).
- Holiday Pay: 8% holiday allowance on top of your base salary.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts only. No weekend work.
