Licensed Insurance Sales Producer

I am looking for high performing Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Producers preferably in the eastern time zone who are ready to financially reward themselves for exuberating outstanding performance while serving the insurance and financial needs of my customers (I am not looking for average). My agency prides itself on being community-focused and family-oriented—including our customers. We are a high-performing team experiencing rapid growth, which is why we’re expanding our sales department.

I currently have two openings for highly coachable, driven, and motivated sales producers My base salary is based on experience, paired with an aggressive commission, bonus structure, creating a first-year total compensation opportunity up to $95,000+ based on your work ethic and ability..

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

• Highly coachable and eager to grow your sales ability by learning our sales process
• Active - Property & Casualty Insurance License in your home state and Georgia Non-Resident License (or obtained prior to start date).
• Ability to quickly build rapport and start conversations from a cold lead
• Strong goal orientation (ability to achieve weekly, monthly and yearly Sales Goals)
• Proven sales ability with demonstrated closing skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt

• Recent Prior Allstate experience preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years of remote Property & Casualty Insurance Sales.

• You will be provided multiple lead sources daily to build relationships and generate new business daily.
• You will prepare insurance quotes and close sales daily
• Deliver an extraordinary customer service experience during the sales process
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain communication during the sales process
• Commit to your continuous learning and skill development
