Job Description
The Director of Product Engineering leads the development and delivery of innovative IT products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. This role drives technical strategy, oversees engineering and product management teams, and manages the product lifecycle from concept to launch. Key responsibilities include fostering a culture of excellence, optimizing development processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The Director ensures products are scalable, secure, and high-quality, positioning the organization as a leader in the tech industry.

Lead several software development teams led by managers and senior managers to deliver innovative IT solutions that meet and exceed business user expectations.
Collaborate with offshore engineering teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
Drive the adoption of Agile practices and ensure the team delivers on time and within budget. Utilize metrics and data-driven decision-making.
Define and present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including architecture, cyber security, and other platform teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
15+ Years of product development experience with at least 5-7 years in a product engineering leadership role managing product engineering teams.
Proven expertise in Agile delivery models and a proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Agile Certified Professional (Required)
Certified Scrum Master (Required)
Certified Agile Leadership
Proficient in technologies/frameworks such as Azure, GitHub, DevOps, DevSecOps, API, DataOps, OpenAI, Angular, Event-Driven architecture,
