Caring Senior Service is currently hiring a compassionate and dependable PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing team in the Raleigh area. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse seeking flexible PRN hours while making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors.
Position Details:
- PRN Position
- 8–12 hours per week
- $35/hour
- Flexible schedule
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client assessments and nursing evaluations
- Monitor client health status and communicate changes
- Coordinate care plans with caregivers, families, and healthcare professionals
- Provide guidance and support to caregiving staff
- Ensure compliance with agency and state regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina required
- Previous experience in home care, senior care, or healthcare preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the care team
