A High School English Teacher instructs students in grades 9-12 on literature, composition, grammar, and critical thinking. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Instruction & Curriculum: Design and deliver engaging lesson plans covering literature analysis, composition, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Grade assignments, essays, and exams promptly to provide constructive feedback on writing and comprehension.
- Classroom Management: Establish a safe, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment conducive to discussion and growth.
- Student Support: Offer differentiated instruction to support struggling learners and challenge high-performing students.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with English department staff to refine curriculum, and regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress.

Required Qualifications & Skills
