Job Description: Provide direct support to summer program students and staff by assisting with daily program activities, monitoring student engagement, and helping to maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.

Position: Highly Qualified Support Staff

Summer Support Staff Responsibilities:

• Supervise teachers and paraprofessionals
• Oversee planning and implementation of program requirements
• Maintain attendance records for teachers and students
• Assist in the recruitment of teachers and paraprofessionals
• Ensure student safety and follow appropriate emergency protocols
• Reach out to families to engage them in the program

Reports to: District Administrator, Building Principal, or their designee
