Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SELL Crew Coordinator to lead and support high school students beginning in the 2026-27 school year. The coordinator supports and leads Bettendorf High School's student voice and leadership work through SELL Crew. This role focuses on elevating student voice, strengthening school culture, and ensuring a successful transition for all ninth-grade students. The coordinator will work closely with the Tier 1 PBIS team, staff, and student leaders to build meaningful leadership opportunities and ensure student perspectives are consistently represented in our building.
Stipend: $1418.00 (2026-27 school year)
Qualifications:
- Must be a current district employee
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and mentor students in a positive and supportive manner
- A focus on equity and ensuring all student voices are represented is essential.
