Our Agency is looking for an MVP! As our new Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be joining a fast paced, star-studded team! Bring your coachable, positive attitude to the court, and we'll help you reach your goals! Using your outstanding listening skills to get to the heart of what each client needs, you'll be providing them their best service, keeping them a part of our team for years to come. You'll be using your ability to quickly build rapport to support your teammates and find every opportunity to network with new clients. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Property & Casualty insurance license is required
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach-able.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude and must be a team player.
• Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
