Your Role

As a MINI Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find their perfect MINI through transparency and expertise.

  • Build Connections: Listen to the customers' needs to create "customers for life."
  • Be the Expert: Master the tech, packages, and specs of the latest MINI models.
  • Showcase Value: Lead professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Drive Results: Manage follow-ups, overcome objections, and hit sales targets.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Sales Managers to refine your strategy and grow.

  • Experience: Previous success as an Automotive Sales Consultant.
