Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative (Spanish/English)

We are seeking a motivated and driven Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing agency. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in Spanish and English, enjoys working with people, and is looking for a long-term career with growth opportunities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business, advising clients on insurance solutions, and building lasting relationships within the community. Candidates must be willing to obtain the required insurance license if not already licensed.

This is a performance-based sales position with strong earning potential and advancement opportunities.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Prospect and generate new leads through calls, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns

Educate clients on insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage

Follow up with prospects and existing clients

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Provide excellent bilingual customer service (Spanish/English)

Stay current on insurance products and industry guidelines

Complete licensing requirements within the designated timeframe (if not currently licensed)
