Swim Coach ~ Assistant ~ Girls

Position: Assistant Girls Swim Coach

Minimum Stipend Offered: $3,418

Purpose Statement:

Extra-curricular activities are an essential part of the student experience, encouraging skill development, teamwork, and personal growth. As the Assistant Girls Swim Coach, you will support the head coach in leading and developing a successful swim program while building strong relationships with student-athletes and helping them grow both in and out of the pool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and leading daily swim practices and meets.
• Support the head coach in developing training strategies and fostering team culture.
• Encourage positive sportsmanship, teamwork, and student leadership.
• Help maintain effective communication with students, parents, and school staff.
• Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all athletes.

Job Requirements:

Education/Experience:

• Must have a Four-Year Degree OR
• Have served as an Approved Assistant Coach for a minimum of two school years.
