We’re seeking a Farmers Insurance Sales Representative who is confident, driven, and skilled at managing a high-volume pipeline. This role focuses on converting inbound leads, generating outbound opportunities, and delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs. You will be responsible for managing your pipeline and consistently following up to close business. Success in this role requires strong closing ability, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate value clearly and effectively.
- Base salary of $36,000 with expected first year-earnings of $50,000 - $70,000 and top performers earning $100,000+

Requirements
- An active Property Casualty license is preferred
- Prior sales experience, insurance sales is a plus
- Strong closing ability and confidence in sales conversations
- Ability to meet and exceed performance targets
- Strong time management and pipeline organization
- Positive attitude and resilience under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and prospecting skills
Responsibilities
- Work and convert incoming leads into new business
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls
- Provide tailored insurance quotes for new and existing clients
- Compare coverage options and explain benefits clearly
- Identify buying signals and close business consistently
- Manage pipeline, prioritize leads, and follow up effectively
